Notice on Patient & Visitor Policy (Effective on 25 September)
- In alignment with the Ministry of Health's updated advisory and the lowering of the Disease Outbreak Response System Condition (DORSCON) level to green, we have implemented the following guidelines to ensure the safety and welfare of our patients and staff:
- Visitor Policy
- Per the latest guidelines, we welcome accompanying persons to join patients during clinic visits. However, we request one to two visitors to accompany the patient to minimise crowding and maintain a safe environment.
- Checking in
- You are no longer required to check in using the TraceTogether app or token when entering the clinic.
- Health Screening
- Accompanying persons who exhibit symptoms of Acute Respiratory Infection (such as fever, sore throat, cough, or runny nose) or who are medically vulnerable will not be allowed to enter our clinic.
- Mask Requirement
- Masks are no longer mandatory for patients and accompanying persons inside the clinic. However, consider wearing a mask if the patient has an infectious disease to minimise the risk of transmission.
- Travel Status
- If you or your family have travelled abroad in the past 14 days, please call us so we can reschedule your appointment.
